Purchase Model

• Up-front payment for DVR ready Set Top Box (Rs. 2000). Installation Free of Cost
• Any Base pack opted by Customer free for three Month
• Free view of all the On Demand content like VOD (Welcome Pack plus Select PPV movies), Games, Lifestyle, kid zone, Infotainment, TV Shows and iServices (Learning, Rail Info, Map my India) for three months.
• All MTNL Customers booked under STB upfront model will have to pay Rs. 50/month towards modem rental. These charges are also applicable during 3 months FREE period offer.

Registration Charges: Rs.200 (One time chargeable in landline bill by MTNL)

Set Top Box charges:
Upfront payment for (DVR-Ready-Set –Top- Box) : Rs. 2000/-
(with free installation up to 20 meter of length and beyond 20 meter customer will be charged extra on actual cost basis.) 

Buy Back Offer:
M/s Smart Broadband service Pvt. Ltd will buy back STB with full amount if returned within 30 days due to any reason. For details of Buy Back Offer refer terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions for Buy- Back:

• Claim can be made by the customer in whose name STB was originally issued.
• The claimant must be an active customer with MyWay IPTV-MTNL at the time of the Claim is made.
• The claimant has to submit the latest paid bill copy of MyWay IPTV-MTNL IPTV and invoice of the STB at the time of the claim is made.
• The claimant should return the STB along with all the accessories to the SBSPL in working conditions.
• All disputes on the buy- back guarantee will fall under Delhi Jurisdiction.
• SBSPL/MTNL reserves the right to withdraw Buy-Back offer without any prior notice.

Rental Model

• Security Deposit of Rs 1500 (refundable) and Monthly rental of Rs 50.
• Any Base pack opted by Customer free for one month only.
• Free view of all the On Demand content like VOD (Welcome Pack plus Select PPV movies), Games, Lifestyle, kid zone, Infotainment, TV Shows and iServices (Learning, Rail Info, Map my India) for One month only.
• This scheme is valid for limited period only.
• All MTNL customers under the STB rental model have to pay the following charges. (These charges are also applicable during one month free period).

• Rs. 50/month towards the STB.
• Rs. 50/ month towards Modem rental.
• Customers booked under this scheme will have to pay for Karaoke Services @ Rs130/month plus taxes.

    Other Terms

• The chq. will be in favor of Smart Broadband Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Offer is valid for customers booked between 1st March 10 and 31 March 10.
• Post 31 March 2010, all new customer need to pay charges as per their selection for broadcast packs.
• Monthly charges for STB Rental and Modem will be applicable during the free period offer as well.
• All MTNL Customers who are booked under upfront or Rental model will have to pay Rs 50/month for the modem charges in their subsequent bill.
• MTNL Customer who opts for a STB rental model will have to pay Rs 50/month towards the rental for the STB from the date of activation. He will have to pay the same during the one month free period as well.
• All Add-on packs and A-la-Carte channels will be chargeable as per the prices mentioned in the list/TV UI.
• IF any customer under free promotion scheme shifts the base pack that is Super Value Pack then the offer of free promotional period will be valid for him. For example if a customer migrates to Tamil Diamond pack from Super Value Pack he will get Tamil Diamond Pack free.
• Add-on channels and A-la-Carte channels will be chargeable as per the prices mentioned (Taxes Extra) to all the customer’s existing plus new acquisitions.
• All customers (existing and new) have to pay Rs 130/month plus taxes for Karaoke services.
